November Is Raclette Time

... but not as you may think. This is something special.

The Grustler was once again creative in the kitchen at the Fork & Bottle Restaurant in Zurich.

We are moving towards the colder days and that means raclette time in some western European areas. Raclette is a typical swiss dish and has quite a lot of fans.

So why not combining a Hambugrer with Raclette? Have a look on what turned out ... enjoy, bon appetite!
